I accept payments on puppies younger than 10 weeks of age. I require a $200.00 (NON REFUNDABLE) deposit at 3 weeks of age for any puppy you wish me to hold. Sufficient time will be allowed for you to contact my vet and references, but I am unable to hold a pet without a deposit! I do not ship or allow pick-up of puppy under 10 weeks of age. Payment in full must arrive at least 5 days prior to scheduled shipping date to confirm arrangements. I accept bank transfer, US postal money order or Pay Pal with 3% fee. The listed methods of payment are safe, secure, and easy to track.
Prices for my Grand Champion sired litters, will be between $500.00 to $900.00, depending on confirmation, size and pedigree.
Prices for my litters that are not Grand Champion sired, will be between $300.00 to $500.00, depending on confirmation, size and pedigree. PLEASE NOTE: I only breed full blooded, registered Chihuahua, I do not breed the custom or designer dogs, I do not mix breeds.I offer a 1 year genetic health guarantee.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make arrangements to pick the puppy up from the airport when puppy arrives. Plan ahead and allow at least one hour for paperwork and transfer of puppy from aircraft to pet terminal.
All puppies will come with a copy of their medical records, vet health certificate, registration application, and written helpful hints on caring for your new Chihuahua.
U.S. Shipping fees in the US BEGIN at $310.00. Shipping fees for Canada BEGIN at $425.00.
Additional fees may be required if a mandatory kennel service is required. I ship with Delta Airlines, so weather is often a major factor in determining the date I can ship. There are many airports that do not have facilities to care for live animals. Be sure to check with me to ensure your puppy can be shipped to your location, you may have to travel to a nearby town. With Delta, it is especially difficult to ship into the north central US and Canada.
Be advised Canada has an import fee that has to be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up. The latest update I have; buyer pays a 13% Canadian custom fee on the "purchase price" of the dog, and a $45.00 airline "holding" fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
With advance planning I am able to ship Internationally. In all cases I try to ship the puppy the most direct route with the least amount of layover time. Shipping fees for most International flights are astronomical and will range from $1,200.00 and up, this includes shipping/custom/import fees, area specific shots and procedures, mandatory vet procedures and bloodwork. For some countries it includes 7 to 9 months feed, basic vet and in-home care to prevent quarantine.
The above prices include the basic cost for cargo ticket, airline approved crate and vet health certificate, different countries have specific guidelines that have to be followed. The airlines and/or the import countries set these fees and the breeder has no control over them.
IN ORDER TO PREVENT MY DOGS FROM GOING INTO QUARANTINE WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY THEY MAY HAVE TO REMAIN WITH ME UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 9 MONTHS OF AGE TO CONCLUDE ALL TEST AND SHOTS REQUIRED FOR EXPORT.
I will be more than happy to provide International references from individuals that have purchased puppies from me, and have went through the extended 9 month waiting period.

If payment are to be made in terms. Possession of the puppy shall remain with the seller until all payments have been received. ** FINAL PAYMENT MUST CLEAR AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SHIPPING DATE **
If puppy is to be shipped, date will depend on flights having the least amount of flight and layover times and the age and fitness of puppy (sole discretion of the seller). Weather is a major factor in choosing the date I can ship. Buyer will be advised of the shipping date within 7 days of scheduled flight. If the shipping date is delayed due to weather or fault of the seller, there will be no additional fees charged. If the scheduled shipping date is delayed due to the fault of the purchaser, there will be an additional fee of $1.00 charged per day, per animal, for board, feed and basic vet care.
Puppy is in good health at the time they leave sellers possession. Puppy is warranted against the following pre-existing conditions: Distemper, Lepto, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Hernias, Heart murmur, Hydrocephalus and Parvo for 10 days after arrival at purchasers home.
If at any time during the 10-day warranty, the new owner decides they do not want the puppy, for any reason, return the puppy with all paperwork and supplies. I will have my vet re-inspect the puppy within 10 days. If puppy is in the same health condition as when it was sold, a refund of 1/2 the purchase price will be refunded within 90 days. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Puppy comes with a 1 year limited health guarantee against life threatening genetic diseases. Due to seller's inability to control conditions once puppy leaves sellers possession, seller's warranty is expressly conditioned upon purchaser obtaining a physical examination by a veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. If purchaser chooses not to have puppy examined within 72 hours the 1 year health guarantee will become null and void. The 1 year genetic health guarantee begins at puppies date of birth.
IN THE EVENT THE PUPPY IS IN ANY WAY INCAPACITATED PRIOR TO SHIPPING, PICK UP OR DELIVERY, A FULL REFUND, INCLUDING DEPOSIT WILL BE MADE.
All necessary vaccinations and worming for the puppies age have been given. A record of the vaccinations and worming history will be supplied to purchaser at time of sale. All fees related to shipping and transfer of title of puppy from seller to purchaser shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser must present to the seller written verification from veterinarian as to the illness of the puppy prior to any refund or replacement puppy. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion before refund or replacements are made. Refund will be selling price of puppy only, and will be refunded within 90 days. No care, shipping or vet related expenses will be refunded. A replacement puppy of equal value will be offered from the next comparable quality litter.
IF AT ANY TIME DURING THE LIFE OF MY PET, A SITUATION OCCURS WHERE YOU ARE FORCED TO PART WITH HIM/HER, I HAVE A LIFETIME RETURN POLICY ON EVERY DOG I SELL. JUST RETURN THE DOG TO ME, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I NEVER WANT ANY OF MY PETS TO EXPERIENCE THE HORROR OF A SHELTER OR FEEL THE LOSS OF LOVE.
CHIHUAHUA RELATED CONCERNS NOT COVERED
HYPOGLYCEMIA ( LOW BLOOD SUGAR) THIS IS LIFE THREATENING, BUT CAN BE AVOIDED. MAKE SURE YOUR PUPPY NEVER GOES ANY LENGTH OF TIME WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER. THIS CAN BE AVOIDED AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. I INCLUDE A STEP BY STEP WARNING/GUIDE TO COVER THE EXTREME IMPORTANCE AND EASE OF PREVENTION WITH EVERY PUPPY I SELL.
OPEN FONTANEL ALSO KNOWN AS MOLERA, IT IS SIMILAR TO THE SOFT SPOT THAT A NEWBORN BABY HAS ON THE TOP OF THE HEAD. THIS IS BREED RELATED AND NOT DOG SPECIFIC.
TRACHEA SMALL BREEDS TEND TO DEVELOP A SMALL SNORTING/COUGH DUE TO WEAK TRACHEAL RINGS. ALSO KNOWN AS REVERSE SNEEZING. THIS IS UNIVERSALLY COMMON IN SMALL BREED DOGS. HALTERS SHOULD BE WORN INSTEAD OF COLLARS TO PREVENT PRESSURE TO THE THROAT.
SUBLUXATION OF THE PATELLA’S CALLED LOOSE KNEECAPS, WHEN IT OCCURS THE KNEECAP (REAR LEG) SLIPS OUT OF ITS GROOVE, THIS PROBLEM IS OFTEN COMMON IN OLDER OR OVER WEIGHT DOGS. AGAIN, THIS IS SMALL BREED RELATED AND NOT CHIHUAHUA SPECIFIC.

COCCIDIOSIS IS A PARASITE RELATED TO STRESS THAT CAN DEVELOP WITHIN A FEW HOURS OR DAYS. ALL PUPPIES GOING TO NEW OWNERS SHOULD HAVE A STOOL SAMPLE ANALYZED BY THE PURCHASER'S VETERINARIAN TO MAKE SURE THE PUPPY HAS NOT DEVELOPED ANY SUCH PROBLEM. IF SUCH A PROBLEM SHOULD ARISE THE PURCHASER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO CARE FOR THE PUPPY AND WILL NOT HOLD THE BREEDER ACCOUNTABLE IN ANY WAY.
